High Intensity Interval Training with Pilates is a cardiovascular exercise alternating short periods of intense exercise with active recovery using Pilates as a core conditioning system. Clients see this class as a way to work on core strength while upping their heart rates for maximum multi-tasking. Some equipment will be used in this class with only 4 participants in each class - $30 per class.
Ballet Barre with Pilates is a class that uses the ballet barre with movements derived from ballet. Typically lower body moves that use small, pulsing movements incorporating form and alignment as well as core. Pilates equipment to be used in this class. Four participants in each class - $30 per class.
